Deranged Circuit is a comprehensive strength training program designed to give you a full body work out. The program is a series of exercises set up as stations, performed with little rest in between. It is meant to target fat loss, muscle building and heart-lung fitness. Deranged Circuit will give you a great work out in under an hour so you can get in and out of the gym feeling like you accomplished pushing your body to its max.
